Need help! NOWWW

I have a pipped chick, well its more of a started zip chick, and it pipped I between 2 last night and 6 this morning, the pip is in the middle of the egg. Once it started to zip, there was blood where it was zipping and it looked like it was struggling. But I thought it was just a slow hatcher. It really hasn't progressed the zip at all and when I came inside for being out and hour maby, it's not moving in there. Is it stuck? Do I need to help? If so what to I do? PLEASE HELP.

If you open the bator you risk hurting the others from what I have read on here. How many more eggs do you have in there?

I think 7 but there not pipped. So they will be fine.

I went to open the shell last night after posting this and the little chick was dead. I think it shrink wrapped.
