Hi everyone. I have a 4yr old pekin duck that's hock joint has been swollen a lil and she barely can walk on it. She's happy and healthy otherwise. Ive done baytril incase it was infected but it still swollen. I got some Meloxicam 1.5mg/ml..
I need to know how much to give her so she can get relief. Thanks !

How much does your duck weigh?

Eeeeewwww who told you use Baytril? You poured it in the water? Don't mean to be critical during a traumatic time but that stuff is actually really bad.
Baytril is used to treat joint infections, though most vets won't advise giving it in drinking water. It's a great antibiotic when used properly.
@kari1981, when using 100 mg/ml Baytril I would use the following:
4 pounds - 0.18 ml orally twice a day
5 pounds - 0.23 ml orally twice a day
