Need help on gender of polish

Not that I have THAT much experience with Polish, but the ones I've had and the ones I've seen, the poof is much more "controlled" on the females, and they've never had a comb that big....granted, there aren't any streamers yet, but it's young...

I'm not the most experienced with Polish, either, but I'm inclined to say pullet. At 9 weeks, my Polish roo has much larger and bright red wattles, his pouf is much more "wild" looking with some (short still) streamers noticable, saddle feathers are getting much more noticable and his tail, while it doesn't have long, curvy feathers yet, is longer and more open looking. He's also letting out some soft, but distinguishable, crowing noises.

Just my opinion, comparing your pictures to what my roo looks like. Of course, if things go like they usually do, you'll post tomorrow and say he crowed!!

My 14 week WC Polish roo has a similar head but had VERY red wattles by 9 weeks. At 14 weeks my BC Polish pullet has a similar head, but no wattles. That is to say, as the pullet has aged her pom is a little less neat, but she shows no signs of being a roo. My Polish roo is very obvious.

So my first comment was to say roo, but at 14 weeks I would say pullet.

JMHO
