Need help on incubation days

Hi I was wondering if when you count 21 days if you count the day you put the eggs in or do you count the day after.

Hi, 24 hours from the time you put the eggs in is the end of day one. Oh and don't forget to stop turning on the 18th day and up the humidity.

If you've put them in in the morning, then that is day #1. If it's late afternoon, then count the next day as #1.
