I'd skim through the small and medium coops sections (Coop Designs link along top) to get ideas. Craigs List is a good place to start in finding old playhouses or sheds that could be converted to coops. Good luck!
Also, if you have access to free pallets, you can use the wood from the pallets to build your entire frame, and then cover it in plywood or siding to make a cute coop - I'm doing that now. Have the entire frame built at no cost (other than my nails/screws)...
