Need help on what to do with chick *yucky pic*

I had 10 chicks hatch yesterday and today, all fluffy and happy.
This was the last one. I took a warm wet towel to her crusty
butt and it was all yellow with a little red blob sticking out.
Can I do anything for her or just let nature runs its course?
She seems weak but is really noisy...

just try to make sure her vent isnt sealed shut..and then let her get warm and watch her..i wouldnt mess with her to much at this point...just make sure she is eating and drinking and her vent isnt sealed shut by the goop...good luck, Wendy
