my BSL named Shadow has not laid an egg in almost 2 weeks now and she is also losing some of her feathers is this normal for this breed of chickens

Sounds like she's molting which is normal for all breeds of chickens no matter what their name is.

I agree that she is most likely just molting. I have two silkies who are going through that now as well...haven't gotten an egg from them in about 3 weeks - feathers everywhere.

One girl is looking pretty raggedy.
