I have two 5 weeks old chicks that's coughing and sneezing, congested...their eating and drinking alright....should I take them from the rest of little chick?

Welcome to BYC. If you have an extra brooder, you can separate them. Do you have other chickens that they could have been exposed to, that may have been a carrier of something? They could have infectious bronchitis or possibly MG, also called CRD. Respiratory diseases can make carriers of your flock. MG can also be transmitted through hatching eggs. Chicks will typically show signs around 3 weeks of age. When chicks get sick, they may require more warmth. Tylan, oxytetracycline, Duraycin, and lincomycin/spectinomycin (LS50) are some of the drugs used to help symptoms of respiratory diseases or to prevent secondary infections. A virus such as IB, will have to run it's course over 3-5 weeks. Here is a good link to read about respiratory diseases: http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/ps044
