Need help posting pics,i cut copy paste but no luck lol.

Yep i am a newby and just not a wizard on a pc could use some help i click on insert image but i just get this funny box i cant see the pic,..

Go to Imageshack.net or Photobucket.com.

Upload the picture. It'll give you a URL to copy and paste in the message box. If that's too confusing, just say so and I'll clarify
