I would get some Hydro Hen by manna pro. You can get it at Tractor supply plus they now have curb side delivery. It has both electrolytes and probiotics.
I had a 4 day chick that I hatched suddenly die on Monday this week. So, I switched to medicated feed along with Hydo Hen, and then another 1 of my chicks that was 5 days old started sleeping more than the others. By the next morning, I could tell she was sick. She was pooping sticky poop that stuck to her butt so I separated her, and then she had poop with what looked like blood. I went and got Corid to treat for suspected coccidiosis. All she did was sleep and I force fed her the Corid after mixing it into a gallon using a small medicine syringe and a cup. I did this from 3 until 11 pm every hour. By 11 pm, she started to improve slowly and began chirping to her peers. By midnight, she was actually eating and drinking. Today, she is back to herself no more sleeping. Her poop looks normal but still can see some red at time. She is active and eating and drinking and chirping.
It's so hard to tell with little chicks, but definitely keep an eye on their poop and get medicated feed along with electrolytes and probiotics. If they are not eating or drinking, you will have to syringe feed water and grind food up and place in the water with electrolytes and probiotics. Someone also suggested feeding egg yoke. Hope they are okay!
