Need help re-homing

I need help getting rid of a rooster. We have two and we are only allowed one. Any advice?

I had an extra roo from some chicks I bought last summer. I gave him away for free. Only took a few weeks for someone to take him.

Free and no questions is your best bet. Could contact 4-h groups, or your local poultry club. But free is best.
