I know for sure that one of the turkeys pictured is a tom. I believe I also have a hen, but I am unsure of one of them. I am including several pictures. In the first 2 pics, the tom is the closest to the hen house. I believe the one in the middle is possibly a hen? Definitely unsure of the last one. I had to link directly from my photobucket account because for some reason I am unable to post directly to this thread.

You have a tom & hen for sure.... The last one appears to be a hen as well.
I have to tell you something funny though. I had a BBB tom(?) Not quite, he was a hermaphrodite.
Had one (not 2) testicles & had a uterus. Never gobbled, strutted or laid eggs. The sister was a hen.
She looked & acted like a hen & also laid several huge eggs.

Awesome!!! I was hoping the last one would be female. I have another tom that was not in the picture. I have found the Toms to be the most friendly toward me. In fact, they are downright obsessed with me. I never realized how funny and personable turkeys could be. They actually get on my deck and look in the windows of my house looking for me.

That is crazy about the hermaphrodite turkey! That is surely something that does not happen very often. He/she was probably confused about it's role on the farm, lol..

I am wondering if all males turkeys have a snood? I am new to turkeys (just bought three). The largest of them who seems to be acting most "male" like doesn't have a snood. The two who i would guess to be hens have short snoods. The largest and one of the others heads turn red when I "talk" at them. Do hens heads turn red too when they get excited? This whole turkey business is interesting stuff but sexing these critters is a tough job.

Sexing young birds is tough. You get better with experience.

I think the Narragansetts are two toms and one hen. But that third bird could go either way. If you look at the breast feathers of the obvious tom, you will see that the newest feathers have dark edges. The obvious hen will have light edges to the adult breast feathers. You could then compare the feathers of the ? to the obvious tom and hen and figure out what it is.

As to the snoods, they usually are born with snoods but can lose them in fights or by trying to push through fences.
