Need help sexing black silkie chicken!

This is my first silkie so I’m still a newbie at sexing them! Any help? They’re not full silkie so I’m also unsure what they might be mixed with

Cockerel. Looks like it is growing saddle feathers, and that deeper orange color at the shoulders is another sign. Plus the large comb.

Not sure, got them from someone when they were already in a juvenile stage but if I had to guess probably around 6 months old

That’s what I was worried about been kind of in denial because both the silkies I bought have both been showing signs of being a roo! Guess luck wasn’t on my side haha
