Need help sexing my 7ish week EE chicks!

I am brand new to BYC. I have a tiny flock of hens that I received as adults. Yesterday I picked up two EE 'pullets', but I want to make sure they're not cockerels. I'm most concerned about the blue one.

If they are 7 - 8 wks, I'm guessing pullets

Thank you! The smaller Salt and pepper I'm sure is a pullet, I think the blue is older so seems more roo-ish in comparison.

The hackle & saddle feathering not showing and the comb quite pale but it's fun guessing
