Need help sexing my Barred Rock chickens

    X3, i have 7 barred rocks. Females will be a DARKER color, usually with a DARK stain down the front of the legs and feet. The female comb is SLOWER to grow and stays a PINKISH color until point of lay. The male comb will be LARGER AND REDDER FASTER. Also the male color due to genetics will appear LIGHTER than the females. This is very evident during their "teenage to Adult years" especially if they are side by side.The males feet are larger as well as his body. Hope this helps.
