Need help sexing

Ive been told that this is a hen easter ever but my rooster keep attacking her. Is she really a hen?

The black is a roo looks like a BCM without feathered legs
white is iffy...looks like a CX?
Grey is pullet looks like a silver pencil rock?
 
There is a nice lady who adapted11 of the chicks from my son's school and her city does not allow chickens. So she will be sending them back to the hatchery. I am asking her if I can swap my roos with her other chicks. Need help getting telltales of a pullet since she has a couple to choose from. Thanks.

There are certain color patterns that are dead giveaways but it takes practice to see. I'd suggest avoiding any with "flashy" coloring (plainer is better for picking girls) and pick the ones with the palest combs. If you can post a photo of the potential replacements, people will help.
