First trouble I am having is posting a pic, maybe someone can help me, as this would help with the sexing.
So I am new to chickens, but I find a ton of info here which has been very beneficial, my dillema is I have a 10- 11 week old americauna which I am having trouble sexing. To me she looks like a pullet, but this morning I came out to her crowing. not the typical rooster crow, but more of an er errrrrrrrrr. She was on the roost and jutting her head right out.
So if anyone could give me a little guidance it would be greatly appreciated.

Check out the easter egger's (ee) bragger's thread, there are many pics of hens and roosters. They're usually fairly easy to sex by color once you develop an eye for it. Basically, hens are drab, dull colored and roos are bright and flashy. That can give you a start until you can post pics.

Here's a pic i can get a couple more up for ya just trying to figure it all out.

A very nice EE (easter egger) cockeral, he's a keeper with that gorgeous color!

Any time you see Ameraucana, Araucana or Americauna/ Americana in a feed store or from a hatchery, it's almost guaranteed to be a mixed breed generally known as an Easter Egger, because the hens lay various colors of eggs. The green legs are a dead giveaway, as well as the facial feathering.
