Need help sick turkeys

All of my turkeys have these red pimple like things on their head . Ones eye is swollen shut. Just need some help tp know what to do.

If they look something like this: http://www.merckvetmanual.com/mvm/index.jsp?cfile=htm/bc/204801.htm&word=fowlpox then the pox can be painted with betadine and the affected eye(s) flushed with normal saline eyedrops until the infection runs its course (observe for any unusual breath sounds/yellowish patches in mouth - more serious diptheric form).

If there are other signs or symptoms (and if you have photos) post them up.
