All birds are cockerels. Note the male specific pointed hackle and saddle feathers. Also their crests are typical of Polish males. Pullets/hens will have fuller rounder crests.

Frequently the presence of a dominant rooster in the flock causes subordinates to mature more slowly and crow later.
