Need help to find a baby duck

Read a lot of info on here about ducks if you can first...they are sooooo wonderful, but it’s nice to be prepared for them, because they are messy, and ducklings are smelly poopers too...:). But their fluff makes up for it! I think a good friendly breed to start with is pekin..they are a riot..but apparently khaki Campbell are one of the best layers! Enjoy!!

It's probably the time of year. I've only seen one set of ducklings on my craigslist this last month. In another month or two they'll be all over. That said, keep an eye on craigslist and facebook marketplace. You can also post a wanted ad in craigslist. I was recently looking for a drake and couldn't find any local listed. Posted an ad and that night got an offer for 2. Lone ducklings are loud and need a lot of attention. Make sure to ask for the 3 you want.

Yes, @Edlyn you see how many people have told you to have a plan first! Please do that. Ducks are so cute and fun but you've got to read up and plan how you will take care of them while they grow. There are lots of things to learn. Be patient, learn and prepare first and then I bet there will be tons of little sweet babies ready for you to bring them home.

We see so many people that get "Easter ducks" and then they dump them at the local pond where they will surely die since they are not wild and can't take care of themselves. After all, you don't want anything to happen to them and you'll want them to be the happy little things you are expecting.
