Need help to identify this giant!

I don't think he's pure cochin, that's not a straight comb. Cochin mixed with something. Cochins are known to be overall pretty docile, gentle giants. He's very pretty!

I sure hope so! I have had him for 30 days in quarantine along with some others I brought home. My quarantine is pretty small so I wasn't able to get a good pic of him till this morning. he is so fluffy and walks so tall. I just love him! I am not one to baby them a whole lot or remove an offender as I feel pecking order will be established, so I sure hope they learn to live with each other!

Pretty sure he is a Cochin now. I looked at pictures of Blue Splashes on the web... and he is VERY similar, however he does have some brown amidst all the blue, also. Not sure if that is normal. He may be a barnyard mix, but I am in love with this breed now. Any of you that own these know if they are good egg layers?
