Need help to look for a mobile vet

I dont know if it heal on its own its been few weeks I think its really to the side its dislocated

Will it help her she hatch couple days ago I think I didnt right it down I think her mother step on her and the mother hen kempt on pecking on her dont know why she not the real mother the real one disappear. Maybe she knows its not hers some hens will lay eggs same nest as the mother being broody. I got couple different vitimens sorry for mis spelled

I would take this chick away from the mom that is stepping on her.
Maybe the stepping on it hurt it and if so there may not be much you can do about that, I am sorry.

I think if you offer her vitamin water it would be good for her.
