need help!!! what breed and gender are we?

I would GUESS that the first one might be an EE....how old are they?
Anyway,

First one, EE, second one looks like a Leghorn but the legs are blue like an EE. Could be a cross? Defiantly first one a roo, second one looks like a hen. Are the saddle feathers pointed? They look rounded from here...

the lady i bought them from says they are both hens, i think she saif the white is a pheonix hen and the other is a americauna or EE hen, the white hen is laying eggs already, and she said the other should start anytime. if it helps the white one really seems to boss the other around... i really hope the other is not a rooster because i cant keep them in the city limits. it have not heard any crowing, the white one is actually the more noisey one

The dark one most definately is a roo and an EE.

The second one looks like an Old English Game Bantam. And it may be a roo, I'm not sure.

i know the white is a hen. i just got my first egg

Sorry, the first looks like an EE rooster, the other is a crossbred of some sort.
