My chicken has this swollen spot on her beak and he had some mucus come out and I don’t know what it is but I think the mucus is because the water fell over this morning and I was gone all day so it might have been from her eating food and producing that as I have seen it before

That looks like her nose. Keep an eye on it, she may be in some pain on that spot .

I pretty sure she is having some pain because I fiddled with it to see if I can see if it hurt her and stuff and it definitely did and I don’t see a abscess so it might just be a injury from smth or like a infection but I’m not sure. The other thing I thought about it’s that if she had got and cut or smth and it had got infected because they are always getting into smth dirty lol and always making a unnecessary mess the main thing is them and their own poop lol.
