There was a great thread for while on venting your coop - vets are very different from drafts - (vents up high, to keep it dry) and then a great page on that subject. Would be worth reading.

I'm not quite as cold as you perhaps, but pretty cold, and we do finem with no heat source (one light bulb on fifteen hours daily, for light).

We do use a lot of litter, sort of modified deep litter, and we did insulate the bottom half of all four walls to keep drafts out - just spray foam insulation, between two sheets plywood.

Works for us.
