Need help with 4 month old hen!

My 4 month old hen was perfectly healthy. Now she is having trouble standing, losing balance, and has eyes closed. Good news...she is eating and drinking great and has normal poop. We have her isolated. has anyone else experienced this? Ideas? Treatments?
