Hi guys,
I hope this is the right place to post my questions.
I have been looking everywhere for some kind of clue as to why one my broody hen does not look right (She is a buff Orpington), so I thought I would just post. Right now she has been looking pail and has been pooping yellow diarrhea for the past three to four days. Does any body have a clue as to why and/or how I can help her? She is drinking quite a bit but I don't think she eats much at all. She will not even eat when I give her corn or any other type of treat, she likes bugs though. I went outside today to see how she was doingd, and it looks like she has decided to get off of her eggs
, she has been setting on these eggs for almost two weeks now, they are peahen eggs. Do you guys think this is because she might be sick?
This is my first year with chickens and with a broody hen, so any advise you guys can give me will help my buff Orpington.
