Need help with a metal shed to coop idea

This thread has inspired me to go out and cut some more holes in my metal shed coop. I am thinking that I can remove the fan if I have a nice wide new hole in the side. I would like to remove the fan because I am always worried the motor will overheat. I feel it would be safer for the chickens.

I might have to wait a whole year to get mine done now. My husbands truck is in need of some work that is a safety issue and that comes first. They have a good place to stay now and are safe there. I would really just like to move them out of hubbys shop so that he can have room for all his toys and tools when and if he every gets them.

We did our conversion more than a year and the chicken have done very well so far.
Our four easter eggers have kept the refrigerator always full of eggs.
