Need help with a nest liner I saw

Has anyone ever used these liners. They seem pretty cool as the web site says that they last for years and that you just remove them, hose them off and place them back in the nest. I am tired of replacing nesting materials all of the time and this seems like it might be a good solution. I was worried about chemicals but the web site said that they are lead free and made in the U.S. plus are pet safe. My local feed store said that they sell a couple dozen of them per month so someone is trying them. I may try one and see how they work. Any feedback would be appreciated. Sorry I don't have any images of the item but the website is called Nesturf.com I think I also saw some on ebay. Oh, they also sell them on Murray McMurray hatchery and mypetchicken.com but I don't think they have photos yet.

Not sure if it was that exact same thing but have used similar. They are nice if everything works fine but you may have to tack them down, hens that really like to scratch will get them up if they are determined. Main thing I didn't like is I found that you don't just "hose them off" if you have a broken egg etc unless you get to it within minutes you are going to have to soak and scrub, same with poo etc. I tend to use shavings/straw/hay and cardboard boxes, found it is easier to just put in new filler or a whole new box. So it would depend what you are paying for nesting material and how annoying you find washing the liners.
