You haven't separated him for a week yet?

A rooster who has mating habits like that would be dinner at my house.
No reason for that amount of abuse to the hen and in my opinion not really ethical to sell or pass on to someone else.

He had attacked her a couple weeks ago when I put him and another hen in there (it was way too cold for them to be alone otherwise), and he had attacked one of the established hens. I didn't integrate him and he's very defensive of his hen.

He's still young with hormones ragging, so he's not totally in control of his actions.

Separate him to his own area for a month or so to let his hormones level off.
