Need help with a sick chicken

Mykamom, I don't think your suggestion was dumb at all. Nothing has changed so I don't get the easy answer. The cough is gone and the watery poop has gone back to being soupy. Nobody is acting sick at all right now. Unfortunately they presented me with a new mystery. This time of year I should be getting about a dozen eggs a day and I'm suddenly only getting between three to six a day. Nothing that you would think would cause this is going on so I'm really scratching my head over this puzzle.

Can you get a poo sample to your vet? It's the only thing I can think of, a fecal my shine a light onto what's happening.
