Need help with an albino silkie and a nn

Hey everyone I need help sexing my albino silkie, yes it’s a silkie both parents were silkies, it’s 18 weeks
Also need help with the nn I’m kinda sure it might be a male but not sure nn are hard for me. Only two birds are posted both 18 weeks

The showgirl (nn) is a cockerel. He has streamers. I’m leaning towards cockerel for the white also. It has some swoopy “hair”
