need help with baby emu

I had 5 emus hatch this week but, the last one is not doing nearly as well as the others. He is 4 days old. Still not strong enough to stand or hold balance. I have vitamin and electrolyte water available. What else can I do for him? I have separated him but, he can not stand on his own.
