Need help with duck pooping😭😓

So I got a duck about 3 weeks ago named hobi!! And it poops A LOT!! So I was wondering if y’all knew any ways to make a diaper with stuff that’s already at home? Because of quarantine AND lack of money I can’t go buy supplies or buy a proper diaper for it:/ it loves being carried and sleeping with me but due to the pooping AND my parents I have to keep it in a cage and I really don’t want to. Any suggestion helps!!thank you

There are great tutorials on pintrest or youtube. Some can be made out of socks. How large is the cage? As long as the duckling has bedding, heat, adequate space, food and water, it should be ok in a cage. It may need a buddy unless it is almost constantly interacting with a person. It also may need water and outdoor time soon.
