need help with gender and breed?

We have 3 hens already and my daughter just brought home a new little 2 week old chick from school. Now I'm trying to figure out if it's a he or a she, and what breed it might be. Help??

looks like a black cochin, and its too early to tell about the sex but im guessing pullet
