I won a recent auction and now only one of my incubators is working and I have too many eggs for the other . I hate to lose eggs. Anyone in the west phoenix valley wanting to hatch some eggs for free?

Ooohhh.. I wish I was closer to you! Have you looked to see if there is an Arizona thread you can post on? I know there are a few people on here from that state and you will have a better chance of their seeing your plea there than in the "general population".

How many eggs? What incubator do you have? If you don't have incubator, try this. Get a box, put rice chaff or wood shaving and bury the eggs in there. Use a 100W bulb at a distance so you have the temperature of 99. You don't need to adjust much. There will be some area where it's cooler and warmer but that's fine. Spray warm water (not too much) once a while. You don't really need to turn the eggs if you don't have time, hatch rate will be lower but not that much. On day 19, take off excessive rice chaff or wood shaving so you could see the eggs. Happy hatching.
