Need help with hatching eggs

Hi there, I hope someone can help me !!!! I have 8 eggs that have been in the incubator for 22 days... Most of them have been pipped. One (barred rock) egg the chicken has cracked the shell but not the lining of the egg !!!! Should I help it ??? And another egg (silkie) has pecked a hole but them stoped, should I help that one ? How long should I wait in till helping them out.... The temp is right around 100 it does go down a little during the night and the humity is at about 60% thats as high as I can get it, water rings are filled and I have a few sponges in there.... Can anyone help ???? Thanks

When did they start their pips?.......It can take chicks up to 24 hours and longer from the first pip of the shell til they zip around the egg and kick out....they are learning to breathe, finishing absorbing their yolk sac and resting....patience...

Keep the bator closed and the humidity around 70%.
