Need help with hovabator

I'm waiting on some fertile eggs, and I just bought this incubator. My husband set it up, and the temp screw is turned all the way up and after 10 or 15 minutes the temperature still won't go above 92. I'm not really sure how to fix that.

Try putting a blanket or towel over it.... or put it in a box. And I’d get some calibrated thermometers and maybe something to read the humidity (just because the incubators normally read wrong)

Thanks. The paper says the temperature of the room can affect it, and it's been chilly, so I wonder if that has anything to do with it. After today it will be in the 80's, so maybe that will help.
