Hello BYCers, I just purchased a Humidaire 200 drum incubator. It is in brand new, never used condition! The only problem is someone took the turning motor off of it. [IMG] Does anyone have pictures to show me how to hook a new motor to it? I guess I also need to know what kind of motor to buy! LOL I am also looking for a copy of the manual/instructions. I will pay copy and shipping costs, or for a email file. Any and all help is greatly appreciated! I can post pics if that would help.

Hi!! I have a Humidaire 200 drum incubator as well. I see that it has been almost a year since your post, so I was wondering if you could answer a couple of questions concerning these beauties. Mine is in great shape and has been hatching non stop for the last 2 years. The friend I got it from told me to not put the eggs loose in trays, but to put them in egg cartons with the bottoms cut out...she said that if you put them in there loose, they will roll around when the unit rocks and break or crack the eggs. I am worried about the cardboard cartons absorbing the humidity! Have you had broken eggs in yours using the trays 'as is'? I live at high elevation in CO where it is dry most of the time anyway! I was just wanting advice from someone who uses this unit....I have some very large orders of chicks to fill by the end of February and I want to make sure I have done my homework!
