I work in a nursery and we have hired an incubator for the first time, we were told to keep the eggs at the setting already on the incubator which is 37.5 temperature and 60% humidity, they were at this setting for about 8 days before i realised that it should be about 50% humidity :-(. I have now adjusted it to 48% but I think that the air sacs are too small from what i can see from candling. We are now at day 18 and the air sacs do not look like they do in the diagrams. Does anyone have any suggestions?? I dont want the chicks to drown :-(. We have 13 eggs all of which are moving about in the eggs. Thanks

If I were you, I would continue as planned.

My humidity is almost always 5-8 percent above/below what it should be, and they still hatch!

BUT that's just my advice....
