need help with incubation

when i got my incubator i got instructons that the prev owner had and they were for a newer model of gqf bator. all the ones i see and can find has the temp gages and controls on the left mine are on the right side. i tried 100 quail eggs had 39 to hatch and the rest didnt even to begin to develop i busted a few of the eggs and they were still just a yolk but the 39 that hatched were very healthly so I dont have a clue what happened. any help would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like they simply weren't fertile.

Kind of what I thought. My temp stayed between 99.5 and 100. When I put the wick in the water pan my humidity wasbetween 84an 87. The part that confused me wash when I didn't have the wick in the water the reading. Was around 102. But the temp reading on the front thermometer stayed. 99.5-100. Thanks for the input.
