Need help with my bator temp?

I have a homemade bator, and the temp ranges from 98.4-100.9. I just wanted to make sure that was ok because I have some eggs being shipped out today that will be put in as soon as they arrive! This will be my first attempt at hatching so anyone how has some advice please share it. Thank Yall in advance!!!

You may want to try putting the probe of your thermometer in one of those water wigglers. They are good way to represent the egg temperature instead of just the air temp.
