Need help with my guinea

Ok so I have 2 females and one male I had them for a year and they only laid 3 eggs. Why don't they lay more also most of my chickens 7 hens that are with them kinda holding off to they are in a pin it's 30 ft wide and 60 ft long they get fed grass daily also my kids feeds them bugs all day hope you can help thanks

What else are they being fed? What kind of poultry feed? Do you offer them any oyster shell? This could be a nutritional issue if they aren't getting the proper diet needed for egg production.
