Need help with my Roo Please

My Roo is stretching his head backwards and looks like a spasm is occurring. I brought him into the house, he didn't poop/pee at all last night or today so far, he can't seem to eat or drink. His vision is off, he goes to try to eat and he misses his food. Can someone help with some ideas? Would appreciate anything suggestions. I just lost a hen last week and she had very similar reactions, but my hen did eat very little and drink very little, but she too would act as if she had spasms, she would push her head real hard into the water and just keep it there while her back leg stretched behind her.

Chickens don't pee, of you're seeing fluid, there's an issue.
Sounds like vitamin deficiency or a neurological issue.
What's their diet? Do the eyes look OK?
Any chance they could have had a head injury?

No I don't believe there was any head injury, but neurological is what I'm wondering. He is a KikiRiki Roo, he weighs 2 lbs. tiny little thing, he is two years old, I found him laying in the dirt yesterday while getting my hens in the coop, he was shivering, I noticed his pupils would dilate then get small etc. At first I though he was trying to get out of my arms, but I soon figured he was having some type of spasm, I don't know what chickens look like when they have seizures, but either way he has never had any problems until now. His comb tips look purple and I can see he is dehydrated for his comb look very dry. He tries to eat but misses the spoon. He appears to have trouble swallowing, I have been giving him supplements in his water and gently letting drops of water drip onto the side of his beak. If he swallows more than 5 drops of water that seems to put him into a spasm where he throws his neck backwards and stretches his legs forward, he will end up on his back. He sleeps until I pick him up about every 20 min to get some drops of water in him. Right now I made a little Bird Bistro (soft grain food for my Conure) that's what I am (trying really hard) to him. He wants to eat but can't seem to. We live in a small town and the only chicken vet we have only works on Fridays.

Ok, could he have found anything toxic or moldy?

I just wanted to thank you so much for caring enough to reply. I give my babies a mixture of game bird small pellet with lower protein Parker as well as the 8-1 seed mix (flax seed, I can’t even render the rest) it’s sees that you can ferment for them. Anyway I was able to have a vet take him in for their last appt and we received the diagnosis of Maricks disease, well you know the rest. I’m terrified for the rest of my babies as sometimes the vaccine Durant prevent it. He was 2 years old. I have a sweet pair of Serama’s that I’m so worried about as they always ran around together. So sorry to hear that. Yes, the vaccine does not prevent it, just slows the progress.
