Need help with my sick hen

hi I have a Amber link hen she was fine a great Egg layer and today I noticed when I looked in the coop she was standing there and she kept opening and closing her mouth ljke she was yawning but then I kept noticing her do it then as I kept watching her she had diarrhea which was yellow can someone please help me I'm what is going on

It looks like it might me a little bit but a little normal also it's hard to tell

What is your best advice for her getting better the quickest?

If she has a foul odor coming from her mouth she has sour crop. I have not had any experience with it myself but I did stumble upon a thread that might be useful IF it's sour crop. Type "sour crop CURED with Monistat" in the search box above for dosing info. Good luck!

I would personally with-hold food except for perhaps some yogurt to begin with, and go from there. The threads I linked have a ton of info.
