Need help with newborn duck chick.. HELP

Hi i need help with a newborn duck chick he/she is very weak is not lifting up its head. Gave it sugar water.

Is the chick still wet from hatching? If so, let it dry and reassess the situation.

Try putting a cotton swab of water in mouth and also make some hard boiled eggs and feed it the yolk on a cotton swab every couple hours for the first week

Get some Polyvisol (NO iron) pediatric drops from Walmart etc. Give 2 drops in the mouth 3 times a day. Use the dropper to put in the front of it's mouth, so if it refuses to swallow it can push it out.
