Need Help with posting pics, PLEASE

Have posted topics before, and have even uploaded some pictures but I am not very handy with computers and can't seem to figure out how to add a picture to my posts. Can anyone help? (please use the simplest language possible LOL) Thanks in advance!

If you go into uploads, and click browse, it will go into your computers pic file. Click on the one you want, click submit, it should go into the BYC folder. Right click the bottom box to cut, close that screen, right click again to paste, and it should go on your post.
I always click preview to see how much of a mess I made.
