Need Help with R COM 20

Hoping someone can help troubleshooting an R COM 20 incubator. Brinsea no longer carries them and I don't know where to go for service. This unit is about 3 yrs old and has performed flawlessly up until now. The water low signal stays on all the time even though there is plenty of water in it. It will not hold humidity levels where it should also. It has been cleaned and delimed(we have hard water)I have new humidity pads coming but I don't think that's the problem. Anybody out there who can give me any advice or know where to go for service? Thanks
