need help with "sick" BO

I have a BO that has something "wrong" with her one eye. It is closed shut and somewhat swollen around it. She seems to be scratching at it also. Should I take her to vet or is there a "home remedy" I can use?

Could you post a picture? I recommend taking her to a vet, just to be sure. Hope she gets better.
