Need HELP with sick? seabright chick!!

I just got a few chicks, and one is a seabright. She has all her feathers accept for some on her back and her head. I still have her in with the heat and all that, but she will be great one day (walking around, scratching, eating/drinking), and completely lethargic the next - to the point of falling over! I'm not sure what to do for her, if there is anything I can do... Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! I've posted her pic below...

I really don't have an answer for you but I will give you a bump up. She looks like my little Gemma. Could it be too warm? I know when it is too warm in my brooder they all get really sleepy. Good luck and I hope the bump helps.
 
it could be a few things one it is to hot and if it is when she falls over dose she spread her wings out as if she was looking for shade two just get so tiyerd from walking and scratching thats what my chick use to always do
